Yazeed AlHimali

The Founding Partner of the firm and a licensed Saudi lawyer with broad experience in litigation, arbitration, corporate law, capital markets, and regulatory compliance. He previously worked with leading law firms in Riyadh, advising local and international clients and representing them before courts and arbitration tribunals.

He has played a key role in IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions and has contributed to drafting laws and executive regulations. He has worked extensively with Capital Market Authority regulations and participated in major legislative projects, including the Mining Investment Law and the Saudi Space Law. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Dar Al Uloom University and completed advanced English training in Boston, USA.

Yazeed AlHimali

Ahmed AlSuhaibani

Ahmed Alsuhaibani has been a partner at the company since 2025 and is a Saudi lawyer with experience in litigation, arbitration, commercial transactions, as well as regulatory and public policy matters. Prior to joining the company, he was mandated to serve as General Manager of the General Directorate of Logistics Policies and Legislations at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services where he led a number of national projects and initiatives related to the development of logistics legislation, enhancement of regulatory frameworks, and sector governance, and represented the Kingdom in relevant international forums.

Ahmed has also represented clients before Saudi courts, domestic and international arbitration tribunals, and involved in the execution of complex commercial transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs) and cross-border deals. He holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, and an Executive Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from the Korean Development Institute (KDI).
